Arah Seer path - Lupicus doesn't wake up!
Was the NPC alive when you walked into his room and triggered the cutsceen? Group I run with had it happen to them before and to avoid that issue they always make sure the NPC is alive

Got the same issue while the NPC was dead. We ensured he was alive upon entering the Lupicus room when we tried again and it worked.
It seems like this bug is tied to the NPC being dead.
