If you do Arah before the final personal story Victory or Death, will this mess something up or make me miss anything? Will I have to do the Dungeon again once I finally get to Victory or Death to complete the personal story correctly?

No, I believe you just have to do the story quest again.

So, you DO have to do the story dungeon again if you do it before the personal story?

You have to do it again if your story is not up there, I did it and didn’t receive the rewards people talk about, unless I completely missed something.

You have to do it again for the personal story if the first time you do the dungeon is before your personal story has reached that point.

and as it is, you won’t want to redo it. suffering through the boredom of zhaitan once is enough.

Bummer but I figured as much. Are you able to form a party and just do the story mode again? Or do you have to jump in a party formed by someone who hasn’t done Arah story yet?

You can form a party as storymode again, though honestly id wait for the patch that fixes dungeon rewards because the new rewards vendor will be inside he dungeon probably storymode also.
