This is gonna be my last couple of solo videos for next few weeks, so I hope you will enjoy them. This time went into Arah explorable path 2. Fight with Operative Belka is getting harder by the time, but I think it’s pretty well doable by other classes too.

Tomorrow I will add my second video of Berserker Abomination, it was pretty long and intensive fight as my dodge roll was bugging often as I used the key instead of double clicking. So I missed few dodges but overall I think it’s not that bad Sadly I wasn’t able to defeat Lupicus, I am newbie to Arah as I’ve never run it before (except story months ago) and I didn’t really understand the mechanism of boss skills pretty well. I was failing because of missed dodges, got knockbacked, stunned and bees owned me easily. It’s a pity because 4th and 5th boss should be soloable without any big problems. Well, maybe next time

Took me like 3-4 attempts to kill Alphard on my Warrior, actually quite hard without huge amount of projectile reflects.
End-boss is very easy as you said.

I don’t think you can solo lupi as a guardian unless you really lucky and he won’t use necrid trap every few seconds. Maybe keeping a distance would be a good idea but lupi is pretty fast and you got only 1 immob.

Soloing Lupi on guardian is going to be hard, alot easier on dps warrior to 1. kill the locusts in phase one before they build up and 2. for dodging out of trap in phase 3 without needing stability/blocks.

You can easily kill locusts as guardian, its only a bit harder than on warrior. Problem is necrid trap.

your problem with lupus would be your damage output, Lupus steals health with many abilities and guardians lack Warrior shield 5 or the GS’s extra dodge-evade to completely counter these attacks.
1 or 2 blocks from the Mace/Aegis doesnt compare, still im most interested to see it be done.

You could try using shelter as a replacement for shield block. Same recharge but 1s less duration.

I will definetely give it another try, just getting there takes me ~45 minutes if I don’t fail.
I remember that I was completely lost about his skills, he has 2 different skills blowing that green mess, one for bees, one for worm. And that Chuck Norriss’ kick. I was watching video of warrior soloing him, but I saw nothing that would help me get prepared for it (I always missed dodging = stunned = dead). Is there some sound evidence of this skill comming? Also, will the worm not spawn if I dodge at right moment as he’s gonna spawn him on me?

Answering these questions would help a lot.

Watch the arm to dodge infection. Dodge when arm is up. This will prevent all grubs except one on start of phase 2.
Kick has no audio, just very small visual cue. But you can expect one kick between every other animation (sometimes two, sometimes zero).

I’m thinking he’s pretty doable with a mesmer and sword/pistol + staff after running mesmer for my walkthrough videos. Staff sucks for dps but I think the extra blink to get out of his bubble in phase 3 might be needed.

Take longer of course but feedback destroys him in phase 2 and 3 for his bolt attacks which adds good dps.

I may try it once I finish my Arah 4 video this weekend.

I’ve done it on guardian and almost done it on elementalist so it’s doable ;p
