Never had this bug happen we killed the boss and npc ran into the fire at the end. Now the gate won’t open. I heard you can blink through to the other side. Where exactly am i supposed to blink?

Towards the left side of the door. You will get stuck inside the door frame with a view of the other side of the room. You have to keep blinking using that view until you land on the other side. Skills that work are: Blink (mesmer), Lightning Flash (ele) and Shadow Step (thief). I don’t think Flesh Wurm (necro) works.

Much more easier to have the person who the NPC is following not participate in the stargazer fight to prevent the bug from happening in the first place. But failing that, you will have to resort to this tedious glitch method.

Thanks to you buddy our group got through..we actually had all 3 classes in there trying to bug through the door just for our tokens..Mesmer..Thief..Elementalist..me and the elementalist buddy couldn’t do it but we understood what you were trying to say…The thief actually did all the work and thank god..i am so happy i didn’t spend 4 hours on path 1 for nothing. Can’t believe the whole path got ruined by the NPC running through the fire..thanks for posting this.

Is this still happening? id like to do this dungeon but im affraid of getting locked with this bug
