I’m looking for a good mentor to teach me the clock work in Arah. I have read about the paths but I have yet to actually get the experiance.

Why would I need to practice running past trashmobs? Do their mechanics differ a lot from what you find in the rest of the game? Are they particularly vigilant?

They are the type of mobs that would set an orphanage on fire just so they wouldn’t be cold.
