I need to get in to Arah for the last part of my story but I can’t seem to find an entrance. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

There is an opening event that has to be completed before you can enter Arah. Sometimes it’s buggy, if that’s the case on your server, you have to wait till the next patch is applied.
