we did arah p4 and we did not wipe once not in lupi not in balthazar not in dwayna(dono why ppl say she’s hard) this entire dungeon with this group was EASYYYYY

2 guardians and a mesmer in a dungeon that highly promotes projectiles reflections, good job indeed!

2 of them were from my guild, but we only chatted from time to time never played together(mesmer and necro) and the 2 other guardians i was looking for random people over 20 min with normal gear til i found them

Congrats on completing P4. Any idea for your total time of the run? Just for survey’s sake…

I heard so many stories about how it’s taken people 5-6 hours to run that I avoided Path 4 for the longest time.

Last week, I finally relented and said to myself, “Why the hell not?”, and decided to PUG it out as I was feeling kind of masochistic that day and it was the only dungeon left for the DM title.

Well, long story short, I pugged it with all first timers – 3 Guardians, 1 Warrior and 1 Mesmer (me). None of us knew what we were doing, so the guy who started the party was actually watching a guide video on his phone as we played a long.

We didn’t wipe once and the whole ordeal took us only 1hr and 20mins. I think it was actually closer to 1hr 15mins. This with just waiting after each fight while the group leader watched the next guide section on his phone, then took the time to explain what we had to do.

So yeah, like someone already said, dat feel when your PUG turns out to me amazingly awesome.

Darn…. I was too slow

it took about 1 hour 30 min +- some 1 was watching a video too,
and no each person did he’s own good job
thief – good dmg and blinding and stealthing to save life
necro – good dmg +lot of aoe
2 guards – 1 was dps and the other support
1 mesmer – no idea what he was but he helped

It used to be hard but they nerfed it so everyone and their kid brother could get Dungeon Master and feel special.

umm it was only “HARD” b/c it was glitched+broken.

I wish in the future there will be hard mode with simins in pre-nerfed state. My first time doing P4 was with a pug 2-3 days after the nerf patch. Now i know some people I can communicate well with I have been wondering how difficult she really was before the regen was toned down.

Also, remember waaaaaaay back she could be dpsed when stealthed? saw some videos on that, it was so messed up XD

You are what 6 months too late? Pretty sure they nerfed it multiple times. Grats though here is your sticker

Indeed, I remember the runs before November that were… a lot different from now. Really easy now.

@OP If you never tried it at the beginning you will never know how it was nor you will understand what some ( I say some cause many say its hard when they just lacked group cohesion) of them say. Same for alpha in COE the 3 first weeks.
