Path 1 (because speedclearing path two is so last week)
Play “normal” until the spider queen is down (at this point I wonder why). Then you are on the clock. Thief uses shortbow teleport to rush past traps and the mob within the traps. Rest of the group follows after traps are disabled. Don’t stop, run right into the room where you have to destroy the graveling nests. Play this event as usual. (One guy kiting the spawns near Hodgins, the rest zerging one nest after the other).
After this event, run straight to the Hall of Champions. Stop for nothing. Let the graveling mob you encounter on the way deal with the Oozes by dragging them behind you. One player stays near Hodgins, the rest rushes for the scepter pieces. After that, run past the gravelings in the fire traps. The only group you fight are the three breeders in the small hallway before the boss (if you feel like it). Kill the silver enemies on the plateau before the boss, then kill two silver spawns from the boss rooms, then drag the boss towards the column, dispose of him there.
Skipping bosses and entire mobs carries the risk of Hodgins glitching out and getting stuck (never happens on slow runs). Most likely spot for that is the event involving the scepter pieces.
Nothing will cost you more time in a dungeons than mobs and bosses having a lot of health. Naturally, skipping mobs is the answer to that in a dungeon environment rewarding only completion. AC is also an exceptional way to speedlevel your character; even without speedclearing. You get the idea as far as Detha and Tark are concerned. 75 Minutes for all three paths is not impossible.
I agree that AC might need a few more closed doors and forced encounters.
