Ascalonian Catacombs - Flooded Temple bugged?
Which one is the flooded temple, the spike trap segment or where you fight the boss? Either way…AC is bugged out on many of the branches.
AC is super bugged. it’s runnably bugged, but its still annoying. i got trapped under teh floor in the flooded temple trap part. it was horrible. i couldn’t attack anyone, but i could take damage, but not while i was downed. so i’d go down, start to die, get rallied, wash rinse, repeat… couldn’t waypoint cuase i was stuck in combat.

Could it be that you got overrun? Unlike some of the other failed parts, the gravelings do not go away and you must defeat the leftovers before you attempt the spike room again. Almost ran into the same thing this weekend when no chest appeared…we just had to redo it.
When the event didn’t trigger, we went back and killed absolutely everything in the dungeon.

It seems that recent patch has broken AC. I found two bugs today and yesterday. Yesterday, ghost eater wouldn’t spawn and i had the same problem than you on the spikes part
Today, we didn’t receive the reward when we finished path 3 and Kholer quest didn’t trigger when we approached hin from a different position. After someone walked into the stairs, the quest triggered.
The world is teeming with unnecessary people.
