Guild Wars 2

So I had a Ascended weapon from for my Fotm 29 daily 2 days ago. I am searched trying to find out what the lowest level the weapons can drop in for a daily. As you can guess I have found nothing,
So I am wondering, what is the lowest level daily Fotm you can do to get an Ascended weapon drop? I am hoping that this makes sense.
