I see on the wiki that there exists a ‘Bag of Pristine Fractal Relics’ (chance at 3/5/10). How do you get this? (wiki doesn’t specify).

Also, regarding fractal weapons, is there any way to exchange old duplicates for different skins? I’m guessing not, but can’t hurt to ask…
