Just completed HotW P1 and I didn’t pick up a single bag. From what I remember, it was something of a guaranteed drop whenever you take down a boss or sub-boss, but I didn’t get any during this run. What happened?

It’s an 80% chance for a bag off of bosses/chests. So, unfortunately, you can get pretty unlucky and not get a back. Should be very rare though, the probability of getting ZERO bags when facing three bosses is (1/5)^3 = 1 time in 125 runs.

Ah! I see. Thanks for clearing that up Was pretty irritated when I got nothing so it’s good to know why, especially since I’ve always had them drop from bosses up to now.
