cof 1+3, cm1-3, se 1, ac story+1
should be the fastes, maye cm story and not cof 3

what about that thing where you do all 3 ac paths at the same time? does that count?
With an organised group : AC story, AC p1, CM p123, SE p1 and HotW p12
With pugs probably just AC full CM full and SE p1 or smth
If you purely want gold, its a good idea to include aetherpath in the rotation since you have 100% chance to get a skin which are worth at least 5g
AC p6 works fine btw since you get the achievement for all 3 paths, but the p3 burrow timegate and the time it takes to actually bug the npcs makes it not really worth over other paths time-wise
