looking to transfer to a server for a week for gearing up my alt mesmer. Can anyone tell me a good server to transfer to that runs dungeons like all the time. Mostly looking to do TA even this if someone just want to friend me i can run them with you if you can get people! thanks have fun playing all!

I sometimes spend time standing in Lion’s Arch and often see LFG’s for dungeons on my server (Gandara). Nice way to find PUGs.

Try joining a PvX or PvE guild with active members in them. It might help you find dungeon parties.

well i am an officer in my guild and we get dungeon runs but we do not farm them which i need plus i am on the lowest pop server so its hard to pug them all the time thats all i really want to do need get my mesmer geared out for WvW!

Servers dont matter to much for dungeons, just finding groups. My advice, find a guild (or make one) with people you typically run dungeons with. I used to PUG with groups, but when you starting getting organized, dungeon runs are just that much faster and smoother.

The past 2 days my typical group has had to grab 2 pugs and things took way longer just because we had to explain the way we wanted to do certain paths to make them go faster.

(Note: this isnt a knock on players or PUGs, but when you work together all the time you learn each other tendencies and find quick things along paths that you can do to make runs go faster. PUGs are fine.)

Every server marked as high, will fit the request of the OP. There isn’t a “better” one.
More people around you= more possible create a dungeon guild/ list of contacts so fond for a dungeon you like

^This is what I believe people should be doing to eventually to break the “PuG” cycle. If you really want to make the most out of dungeon clears, it helps a lot if you have a pool of players who are reliable and cooperative. These will be people who want to improve their ability to clear dungeons and learn how to work with others.

I’m not knocking on PuGs or other players, but unless you take the initiative to either form or join a pool of dungeon runners, you’ll likely waste a lot of time stuck in the cycle of LFGs, LFMs, etc. I have a pool of players that I have either on my friend’s list or my guild roster and never do I type LFG/LFM/etc. I whisper whoever is online and we spend more time working on dungeon clearing than forming (we do about 8-10 runs over a total of about four hours with some breaks in between).

Thats the glory of the guild rep system. You can be in up to 4 guilds. Wana run a dungeon? Rep the dungeon guild and ask around. (I know this works by the way, this is what I do)

Assuming you can get in I know Fort Aspenwood. I know at least 9 people who do all 3 paths of TA every day. And there is no shortage of LFG’s in LA.

but TBH just look at the server list. Write down which servers are “full” then check back and see if any of them have gone “high” then enter that one.

The guilds I am in dont like it when I do this but yes it is a good way to get members quick;) Just make sure you are reping the guild you are most loyal too at the end of the day! More influence = Better guild experience for all;)

I see, you want something cheap and fast. Forget it, dungeons are not there for a cheap and quick armor. And i hope future patch will make dungeons way harder and longer to accomplish an armor/weapon.

Your post made me laugh. You want an exotic armor.. for … wvw? HAhahahaahaha

You can play with a white armor + white weapons and 0 traits on wvw, and still rule exactly like an exotic one ( i did for days and days, playing like a god leading entire armies when i was lv6, on wvw )

why are you transferring servers to run dungeons? Just go to lion’s arc and ask for group, lion arc chat is cross servers. You can also join guild even if you’re not on the same server. no need to xfer at all.
