Is anyone else encountering the reveal during stealthing? So far I’ve seen it in open world, in CM, and in SE. I can provide pictures if anyone wants them.

It doesn’t work with thief stacking stealth either. I’d be curious to know if mesmer can stack stealth in pvp.

At the end of all my stealth skills, I get revealed debuff. This means no more chaining of stealth skills for longer stealth stacks.

Apparently this also breaks SR. You get revealed after the 3rd pulse rendering it useless.

Excellent change, all you filthy stealth exploiters will have to do it rhe right way and kill everything!

I was guiding a group through arah p1 with my thief, i simply couldnt stack stealth for more than 5 secs without getting revealed, at first i thought it was some bug on the gate or the floor that made me get revealed, but the entire group was getting the revealed debuff at same time. Sometimes i would get the revealed debuff but still keep the stealth up for a sec or 2 more.

This has been reported in the PvP forum and a dev confirmed that they know about it and will be addressing it in the morning. Unclear if it is a true bug or an upcoming patch that was prematurely added with the latest build.

Nice how bugs that affect pvp or living story get fixed in the next day of the patch.

This is weird. I didn’t notice this in our arah run after the big patch. It seems to have been introduced with one of the hotfixes.

I’m wondering if the bomb path on the dredge fractal is affected by this. With the way it works now, a large stack of stealth is really the only way to complete that part of the fractal. Not that having a bugged fractal means anything will be fixed, but I’m just curious how many other aspects of gameplay will be affected by this?

How about Caithe’s skills in the Living World missions?

Dunno about bomb path stealth but all stealth from skills is bugged. That means every game mode is affected by this.

I would call the thief’s short bow 2nd skill broken when it comes to blasting for stealth.

So let’s assume that in HoT, when you exit stealth without attacking, you get a revealed debuff, will that change anything in PvE? I can’t think of anything to suggest a big nerf.
