My party died at after finding the Seraph, and started looking for her medical bag, and there was no way to enter the mansion again.

My PuG and I were actually doing this run earlier, and we ran into the same problem, however, there is a way in. You know that little hallway you walk through when you are entering the courtyard from the starting WP? to the right there is a door that is open for you and your team to get into the mansion.
