“Reduced the difficulty of creatures and bosses, particularly health and armor.”

I ran COE all pathways PRE Oct 1st patch, and all pathways POST Oct 1st patch. I have to say I do not really see any difference in creature/boss health/armor. The speed of the dungeon is still exactly the same to clear. Which in my opinion is significantly longer then the other dungeons to run and deters people from wanting to run this dungeon.

Opinion:
The Dynamic event to open up COE is also a pain. No one ever wants to do this, I feel like this also further deters people from wanting to run COE.

*All the alpha fights are both tedious and annoyingly long. (Where is this armor/health reduction?) People literally go AFK fighting this guy. After he hits 40% he stops using his abilities and you can just auto attack.
*The ice wolf champion near the start runs at warp 10, and will one shot even a toughness spec’d guardian, with little to no indication to dodge his FACE-GROUND ability.
*The only fun part in the dungeon is jumping the lasers

Bugs:
Pathway two, the experimental teleporter. I am not sure if this is a bug or intended, but there is no waypoint close to the end alpha. After you defeat the alpha in this pathway, the waypoint pops up in security checkpoint, which would be nice considering that his spikes, both ground and fire will one shot down a player. A player that goes down is more then likely going to die, then they have to make the 2 minute walk back. COE Map

Yes, because the CoE changes applied to story mode only.

Bleh COE needs tweaking though, compared to other dungeons, this one is a tedious bore. The bosses aren’t hard, they just take FOREVER.

Really? The pugs I ran with must have had some amazing dps then because we ripped through absolutely everything. The only thing that was even moderately “difficult” was path 3 subject alpha.

Its not about it being difficult, its not difficult. Its boring and takes longer then it needs too. Alpha’s, the giant, the fire room, they all take way longer then they need too. Compare those bosses hp to other dungeons, its a joke.

We can run CoF path 1-2 in 15 minutes.
Hotw path 1-2 in 20 minutes
CoE path 1-3 takes 25-30 minutes.

Because of how long it takes, no one ever wants to do this dungeon.

If anything the other dungeons need to be adjusted to take longer. Its boring if a dungeon is finished it under 60min. I think 60-120min per dungeon is ideal. More for inexperienced pugs.
