Can ANY group complete dungeons?
There are currently 2 known dungeons with the final boss having a very…impressive healing ability:)
One being the CoF first route, the 2nd being the 4th route for Arah. Atleast the CoF route can be finished^^
But yes, either someone figures out what Anet actually wanted the players to figure out by themselves via the dungeon runs or they actually over tuned it a bit.

I disagree. I find that having too much DPS is just hurting/slowing down the group. I’ve done a number of dungeons now, and although we don’t specifically go out to try and find DPS/HEALING/TANK, we do try to keep our group varied, because we know that every person brings something to the table. Once we tried an all DPS route (with 1 or 2 support spells thrown in there), and I found us running around in circles a lot more, dying a lot more, and just struggling with simpler things.
In groups with a varied arrangement of skills/abilities, you can tackle any obstacle that the dungeon throws at you. Sometimes the solution IS to just go full dps and burst down your enemy as fast as possible. Sometimes it’s to just survive long enough to clear through the dungeon event.
TL;DR – Having a full DPS crew can work sometimes, but having a varied group is almost always better. It all depends on the situation you come across.

i find the more warriors in your group, the better chance you have of finishing a dungeon. hope this helps.

The point i’m trying to make isn’t that a full DPS group is better than having a supporter or 2 in your group. I’m saying that with the encounter I mentioned it is 100% impossible to do with more than 1 support.
When you take a full group of DPS, you know you are going to struggle and its gonna be a lot harder than if you took a more varied group. But you also know that it is still possible.
I think this should be the case for a group with maybe only 1 or 2 DPS, and the rest being support focused. IE: Its not ideal, but its not impossible. In the encounter that I described in my OP, it IS impossible with more than 1 support geared/specced player. That is what I don’t agree with.
in every dungeon (all story + some explores) i went so far i played with two friends and two complete random people we had (from the 2 randoms) every class. we even had a 3 eles one time. And it was all manageable if the people are smart enough to not go full glasscannon, but take utilities in order to get rid of conditions, cripple the boss for easier kiting, etc.
I cant tell if it is like that in the explores i didnt went so far (like arah), but with my current experience i can say: YES it is possible (if your group has some brain ^^)

on CoF 1ST PATH boss is very hard we couldn’t do it. 3rd path boss is very easy but the end is bugged and u don’t get a reward
