Just wanted to note that if the AC troll is using his super air-dangley-feet-jump-smash-ground move which results in shockwaves heading out in all directions and you interrupt it (Noted by the “Interrupt” text above his head), he continues to do the move anyway.

In my experience, if a monster is a champion or legendary, trying to interrupt them while they have defiant stacks tends not to work even if it says “interrupt”. I just reserve it when they have 0 defiant stacks. Whether it’s intended or not, I have no idea. I just feel safer not relying on it.

The troll had 0 stacks of Defiant when interrupted.. But was not actually interrupted.

I guess he’s just mad everyone’s been treating him like a pup dog and luring him onto kholer all these months. So many “gimmicky” bosses have come back patched with divine retribution like Mossman in fractals.

Yeah, he’s probably just mad, but for real I was very sad when I interrupted him successfully and he smashed and downed me anyway.

I Knocked him back on my guardian and it interrupted the AoE.

At what part of the animation did you do it at? Maybe that plays a role. It’s also possible that my eyes betrayed me, though. I don’t discount that possibility.
