Yesterday I’ve defeated the VG.
Now I went to the Raid-Vendor to buy a healer-ring.
But he says me: “You must defeat the Vale Guardian to purchase this item”

Is this ab bug or something?
Maybe I have to do a full clear, before?

We had a couple first time Gorse kill people have the same thing. It appears to be a bug. Because it should unlock for you. Post in the bug forum and put a ticket up in game.
