Hi!

Im on Europe server and I can see both US and Europe teams on LFG panel. I can join but I can’t enter the Fractals with a US team. Its very annoying not just for me but the team mates too.
What can i do?

I think this happens when you have set your online status to "invisible" and probably "away", too. Setting it to online (and restarting the game, just in case) should fix it.

Also make sure you are not in a party with someone who is on US when looking at the LFG.

You can’t join US party in any instance if you play on EU server. If you can see them in lfg it is probably another bug.

Servers within regions can join each others’ instances, but you can’t zone into the same instance if you’re not from the same region. You can join parties and communicate across regions though, but that’s about it.

Joining parties with people from another region causes the LFG to show groups from both regions. Or it did in the past. Which might be the issue the OP is having.
