Q:
But here’s my Wammo, so heal me maybe?
Q:
As the title says, I would very much like to have a quick update if we can expect a (hot)fix for the weekend, just so I can schedule my gaming time accordingly.
I’m one of those gamers with limited time (especially so for dungeons since I can’t easily go afk and leave my group hanging) and I’m also affected by the rewards bug (never had the full 60 tokens and don’t feel like investing time to get peanut rewards).
Thanks in advance!

We’re currently not anticipating a hotfix for this problem. It is more likely to be fixed during the normal Monday patch.
Yesterday again…
For 2 days no dungeon.
CA: 45
TA: 1st path: 30
TA: 2nd path: 15
HOTW: 15
The others got 4x 60.
As conclusion: They got 240 token, I got 105.
Funny story.
I got you beat Bling. CM EM two different days, only ran the Butler path. 12 tokens total for both runs on two separate days…. BOOYA!
So, no dungeons till Monday patch … hooray \o/
Thanks, Robert!
I’ll play some different content this weekend, the tokens can wait.
Nice to at least see some feedback as to when we should expect a patch for this. Kudos.
Will you also fix tokens not transferring correctly between characters?
I understand that having a live game is far more complicated than most people realize and that hotfixes are even trickier. I feel that if there was a bug causing a sizeable portion of the player base to receive 25-90% less XP, gold, and loot, that it would be hotfixed. Why should it be any less relevant for end-game players. The only way for a level 80 to advance their character is by attaining new gear, the bulk of which comes from dungeons.
Again, I’ve said it before, I really appreciate you guys having a presence here on the forums and keeping the communication open. It’s just super frustrating to know that the entirely of the end-game PvE content is off limits to me (because I’m not keen on spending 3 hours in a dungeon for a couple dozen tokens), and that you have a patch that will likely fix it, and you’re unwilling to hotfix it.
We’ve had a group of 80’s that refuse to participate in the current state of GW2 dungeons. There are simply too many other games out right now that have working viable endgames. Now hearing that instead of fixing the issue, it’s once again getting pushed back another week… is discouraging.
We may be back if at any point you all have a working release of your game.
Can we expect compensation?
^ I would like to hear an answer to that
We’re currently not anticipating a hotfix for this problem. It is more likely to be fixed during the normal Monday patch.
Now it’s “more likely” to be fixed?
Can you just post a big announcement to everyone when it is ACTUALLY FIXED so we can stop having hopes dashed patch after patch as you delay fixing the issue yet again till Monday and then may or may not resolve anything.
If you can’t implement a working system, REMOVE THE DR SYSTEM TILL YOU CAN FIX IT. You’re hurting the game more with the system in place than you ever did allowing people to “exploit” by running dungeons legitimately and quickly. (I’m fine with closing bugs that allowed non-intended running of dungeons in fast manners, but the idea that you’re being punished for being faster than some artificially created presumption of dungeon time requirement is silly on it’s face and even more ridiculous when combined with the overwhelming oppression of ‘innocent’ players as a result of this makeshift failure of a system.)
