I’m still waiting to utilize the culinary applications of bloodstone dust in order to craft the highest tier of foods.

I am thinking, maybe the foods shouldn’t necessarily be much better than the existing ones, but they should be like dinner sized (for groups) and last a full hour, or maybe a full day. You know, food made for the sheer purpose of raiding and T4 fractal sessions.

maybe have a collection tied to it, too, with some recipes as a reward?

It won’t be soon, if ever. Linsey Murdock has always been championing the evolution of cooking in the game and she’s focused on so many things that she barely has time for everyone’s favorite pet project (overhauling the vault material storage).

I’d love to see feast recipes moved to r500 chef and out of zommy’s realm. There are a ton of vendor-priced ingredients. Lots of sub L80 foods and potions aren’t worth much, so there’s plenty of room for creative approaches (daily composting!).

I’m with the OP that r500 recipes needn’t be more powerful than existing ones; they could be alternatives or enhancements for existing foods.

PS to OP would you consider re-titling the thread? It’s more like “Suggestions for 500 cooking” — it doesn’t sound like you’re expecting it to happen “soon”. (Thanks to OP for editing title.)

Maybe we can figure out how to use crystalline into food. Some norn already has a monopoly on bloodstone.
