As far as I know, yes. A golden fractal relic and the unstable cosmic essence.
Took me 3 runs of the dungeon to get the bug.
Hmm, OK. So I guess the Cosmic Essence is what makes him appear in the Home Instance, but you must feed him one of the other “food” items first. Next time 100 daily rolls around I’ll give CM a crack.

If you ran Nightmare CM a lot, none of it should be hard except the Cosmic Essence.
Want really for sure where to put this one. I fed the cat in the new fractal what was listed on the wiki and it is still mewing at me “expectanly” . Is it bugged out is there an item not listed?
