I just got kicked at the very end of a fractal run. So, ANet:

-Please, could you change the vote system? At least 3 of 5 should agree.
-Please, could you somehow inform that you are being voted, so you can discuss what is going on?
-Please, could you put a delay time so you can take some screenshots in order to report if needed?
-Please, could you limit the number of times someone can propose for kicking?

Kicking someone should be a serious issue, it should not be so easy to do.

These threads make me chuckle inside. Don’t PUG if you don’t want a chance to be kicked. Join a guild… problem solved.
