Some guildies mentioned that the change to allow people of different fractal levels to group together is coming on the 28th. Is that true? I thought it was supposed to be in February.
One thing I still don’t like is account-bound relics/ascended gear.
Maybe, they could make them tradeable, but only among the players that were in the group when you got them? Otherwise, if you bought them, keep them account bound.
