Just curious how many other people chuckle on the inside when they realise a Flamethrower is hurting a Lava Elemental?

Any other glaring chuckle points like this you’ve experienced?

note: this is not a ‘I HATE THE PATCH’ thread, put those elsewhere

Flamethrower is obviously lower temperature than lava so it hurts the lava elemental because its colder.

I dont know why but I always get a bit of a laugh when I watch people killing themselves in TA when Vevina puts confusion on them. I always warn groups but I still see 2 or 3 people going down right away. My last TA run 4 people in the group died so quickly I had to run out and reset the boss. That was just after I mentioned “watch out for confusion on this boss”.

not really an idiosyncrasy in the game but i laugh every time a charr toon goes to sleep and curls up in the fetal position XD

Kinda same theory, but when I use the icy breath #2 on my ele in water with d/d on an ice elemental, I get a chuckle. You’re hurting ice by spraying it with ice/mist/sleet lol.

I like when I kill one of those blobs and they have items like sharp talons or fangs in them.

I chuckle whenever I get an Orrian Salvage item and salvage it. Stuff like dirty rags and filthy hides. I just picture my toon sitting down and scrubbing at the stuff to clean it up.
