Guild Wars 2

So i’ve done the cliffside fractal twice now. Yet i don’t see the reason as to why this colossus was chained up. So my question is two part. Why is this guy chained up? Also where does he go afterwards and do?

Somehow i feel like we just warped into the fractal and killed some cultist who chained up the colossus for everyone else’s protection. Why else would you chain up something that huge? Or is this some kind of S/M cult with chains, cages, spikes, etc.
P.S. i want that cultist hammer as my own

After leaving Earth, Dr. Manhattan absorbed enough cosmic rays to become gigantic.
He then decided to finally cover up his genitals, which had become equally enourmous.

This however offended a band of cultists led by a renegade Sith Lord with a hammer fetish, who thought Dr. Manhattan should not wear pants of any kind, therefore they tied him up and force fed him giant dishes of curry, hence the fire that keeps being spilled around his chest level.

These stories are all self contained. Who is the Mossman? Why are the Grawl sacrificing humans for no real reason? Why is the raving asura living alone in his own city cube? They tell a small story with lots of unknowns.
