What are the monster types for the CoE dungeon?
There are 2 potions for this dungeon; one of which is dropped and these increase damage to inquest mobs, and the other is an increase to undead mobs.
The sigil for the dungeon that is sold from the token vendor is also an increase to inquest monsters; the same sigil which is also pre-equipped in any weapons from the same vendor.
Inside the dungeon there are no inquest monsters in all 3 explorable paths at all and they contain a mixture of undead, nightmare and destroyers.

I think the golems in there also counts as Inquest. There are lots of golems.
