Guild Wars 2

I bought 4 shields today:
TA, CoF, CoE, SE.

All came with Superior Sigils of xx (10% extra damage vs ) EXCEPT the CoF Shield! It came with a major sigil, that only granted 5% vs flame legion. Why is CoF gear undervalued?

I’m commenting because I don’t like it when a lot of people view it and no one bothers to say a word, I think it’s becauase CoF is more used for farming gold so it has 5% extra damage to flame legion to help out.

Is this even a real issue?
