We attempted this fight just now after the buff, all of us are max geared, organized over vent and have been streamrolling the other dungeons with no problem.
We tried multiple tactics and it is just impossible to outdamage his healing with the constant aoe / knockdowns.

Our best attempt was 30%, to do any better than that we would have to structure our party and take only the few specific classes that have the required utilities and dps.

I thought this game was against that.

Going to have to agree. We’ve spent two hours trying this guy with a myriad of strategies and come up with nothing. We stalemate around 30% if we try to just burn him down, have one person destroy the crystals, or move him around. This place sucks and whoever decided this was balanced should be publicly flogged.

Exactly the same experience tonight. Had to give up with a skilled, competent, well-geared, patient group. Utterly disastrous. No tactic worked including burning.

Tried the usual speedrun choice and got thrown under the bus by either a bug with Magg or bad game design.

Yes, I attempted this several times and the only time I managed was with a full warrior group with exotic gear, but this is bullcrap imo.

I had several groups with very good players, all dodging around, staying alive and putting solid DPS and we still felt like hitting a wall. In one group we simply walked away from the boss and left the dungeon…

Waaayy overtuned.
