CoF p1 warrior & mesmer groups only
Sadly they might just nerf hundred blade PvE damage, but if they do so, I hope they make it so you can move while using it. which I think would be the way to go, I’m not talking about a huge nerf, just a litttle nerf to help closing the gap.

Axe Wars will still out dps anything else out there.

Very true, and then the whining will start about axe warriors. Why do these threads always come off as nothing more than veiled whining that someone wants their class buffed? Seriously, there are plenty of non warrior/zerk groups available on LFG. Don’t be mad at other players for not wanting your class in their run, there are plenty of others who do.
I do form 4+1 groups frequently and always write down clear requirements for every person who may consider joining. We expect you to link gear and explain your build. This is a normal procedure to ensure that nobody is wasting each other’s time. We do not intend to discriminate players on class/build, this is just our way of playing. We are not forcing you, do not force us.
There are hundreds of groups available to run CoF a ‘normal’ way at any given time.
So you waste 5 minutes to write down the requierements and to get to know the equipment and the traits to save later 3 minutes during the run?
Just let these ppl who like uber speed runs just go on their merry way.. All there making money for is for cosmetic skin’s,which I’m sure they’ve already got by now.. Warriors are the worst class in pvp, so it had its drawbacks.

Yes, you waste five minutes, then you run for an hour (around 7 runs), saving 3 minutes per run and save a total of 16 minutes which made enough time for an extra two runs. Well worth it. I don’t see what the big deal is, if you don’t like the way people play, join a different group. The idea that anyone who wants to run efficiently and quickly is an “elitist prick” is so ignorant, not everyone is a casual player. Some people like to maximize efficiency not just for the increase in gold/hour, but for the sake of trying to make something easy into something moderately difficult and doing it as well/fast as it can be done. If you want to just come home and go into a dungeon and casually play and teach people that’s fine, no one is making posts like “I’m sick of people always posting on gw2lfg that they wanna do a casual run and that they accept all classes!”. Don’t shun us because we want to take the game more seriously than you do and to try and play as well as we can. Let people play how they want, don’t join those groups and I promise you we will reciprocate and let you play as casually as you want in your own runs without making posts and causing outrage.

If A-Net doesn’t look at this picture and see a problem, then I should find another game.

WE HAVE A WINNER!

save 3 minutes per run? I don’t know who you’ve been running with but I’ve done 6 min cof p1 runs with 1 war, 1 mes, 2 thieves, 1 necro. I can see you saying save 1-2 mins per run (if the other classes do nothing but ranged or die) but 3 is just a blatant lie.

This is getting terrible… I am having a hard time to get a group. This is stupid, I’m a DPS Ele with high vit and high dmg. I’ve done 10min group run.
I just don’t see why people are so nitpicking. Path one needs a buff. All the trashes cannot be skipped so this requires profession CC and special skills to counter these trashes.
Dude this is too over lol!
Oh No! 4 warriors and a mesmer attacking the preschool path of CoF. The amazing skills those players must have. I’v brought in whole groups of new dungeon runners into that path just to help them get their feet wet for true dungeons.
