Guild Wars 2

I recently just completed Twilight arbor explorable (forward forward path) and upon killing the nightmare tree the end of the instance did not trigger and no one in my party received a reward. Is this a known issue? Will we eventually get our reward that we deserve?

i have just run HotW explorable (butcher path) and upon killing the last boss, it took a while for the reward window to come up, which showed i had 45 tokens, i then get kicked from the instance as the grp leader left the grp (i am only assuming this is why i got kicked, as it happened as soon as he left) and when i appeared outside the instance, the window now said that i only had ONE token for the entire run!

arenanet does not refund items (of any kind),not even if they admit it’s the game’s fault

I wouldn’t reallyy class it as a refund… we completed the instance and just were not rewarded

Yea it happens, i’ve had it happen to me once in CM explorer (and i never went back to that blasted mansion again) Its pretty stupid, but rare.

Rofl, after days we was bombarding this forum warning everyone to stop to play dungeons, still now we are so near to the patch we read complains? Lol
And no, no refunds.

Rumor was there was supposed to be a patch today.

EXACT same thing happened to me but in TA. 1 token, no xp, no silver…what a joke.

So infuriating that anet won’t reimburse.
