(Confirmed False) Stealth pulses are broken.
Yeah, I checked it out as well. So in Shadow Refuge, the tooltip states 3sec/pulse and 5 pulses…which is 15sec-3sec=12sec for standing in there the whole time, however we’re getting 2sec/pulse. Traited stealth feels like 3sec/pulse when it should be at 4sec/pulse.

@Jiyn, your times are a bit off sir.
3s/pulse is non traited where as 4s/pulse is traited.
Blasts are also only 2s a blast, they should be 3s a blast.

On second glance it seems as though only the counter was updated.
Im pretty sure SR still provides proper stealth amounts. (Count 0)
actually its correct and has always been like that, Anet rounds down so when you have 2.99seconds it shows as 2 in the tooltip area. think of the 0 as any number from 0-0.99. If you use black powder and blinding powder, you will see 5(think 5.999) seconds on the tooltip. As with SR you get:
3X5 = 15seconds of stealth – 4seconds(since your first stealth tick is wasted afking in SR) you get 11seconds of stealth uptime after SR ends. 10(10.99)seconds on tool tip for after SR ends.

Indeed.
It was brought up to me that stealth pulses were still broken, being tired I agree’d. After a few minutes I definitely did notice what you’re talking about.
