As Anet starts to put release more infused recipes, it will be inevitable that ppl would want to put fine infusions in their ascended gear.

However the cost of crafting fine infusions are off the top and put up against the increase in stats it gives, it just horrible.

At current market price offensive infusions would cost about 15g or so. Defensive infusions are even worst, 35g or so.

A rethink of fine infusions would really be good. To have some sort of bench mark, the most expensive upgrade one can put to any sort of trinket item for the exotic tier is only 55-56s.

Compare this verse the price of infusions plus the difference in stats and its quite an LOL. Now I know ascended already comes with a stat bonus so to speak but there is really nothing else I can compare infusions to.

The infusion stats are acceptable because all ascended equipment currently available already have gem stats built into the base item. I’d say it’s the cost of making the infusions that really sucks.

i’m not going to waste mats on these infusions until the superior infusions come out lol

How funny will it be seeing all those people with fine infusions going crazy over wasting all those matts.

Somehow, I don’t want to know what superior infusions will cost. Probably more than a legendary, given the current prices for the blue ones …

Also we will probably see decimals in stats by then.
