Tried to start Sorrow’s Embrace explorable earlier. The group consisted of one person on server 1 who had done story mode, two people on server 2 who had not done story mode, one person on server 3 who had not done story mode, and me on server 4 who had not done story mode. The person on server 1 started up an instance with explorable mode. The two people on server 2 were brought in with him. Myself and the person on server 3 got a popup inviting us in, but pressing the button to join did not result in entering the dungeon. Going through the portal for both of us only gave the option to start a new story instance. We tried all sorts of combinations of having people relog and reforming the party, but it kept having the same results.
I’m not sure what the intended behavior is (if we should be pulled into explorable without doing story or not) but it was exhibiting opposite behaviors for the two halves of the group so at least one of the two behaviors is incorrect.
