Fix this NPC! According to wiki, she has been bugged since September 2012 (OVER A YEAR!!!!). I have been in so many p2 groups that have needed to give up just because this NPC has been broken and stopped progress on the dungeon. Your company should be absolutely embarrassed that this problem continues unresolved for nearly 13 months now, even more so considering this is one of the first possible explorable paths that a player can experience.

Yes it’s a guarantee, kill the blasted mobs on her way and she won’t bug.
God one year into the game and still people don’t know how to take precautions…

No. She bugs on Flooded Temple too. I was doing the dungeon last night and we killed everything in the dungeon along her path leading up to that area (we did this before it even bugged). Then tried getting her killed several times, running her around ‘her spot’ to start event, exiting/re entering, killing more mobs not on the path up to that point, etc, and she continues to bug.

I don’t like skipping mobs or exploiting, if that was the only problem I wouldn’t have a right to complain.

Take the left staircase if you’re skipping through.

The problem is caused by Detha dying while talking. When you take the left staircase, the oozes spawned there are further away from the event trigger zone and so will deaggro without killing her.

If you skip through quickly without stragglers though it should never bug out.

Wait…AC has a path 2?

In case it does bug out there is a way to successfully fix Detha. Pull oozes or gravelings from the previous rooms on Detha and let her die. After that take care of those enemies. Then get Detha back up and she will proceed with charging the traps.

I believe Detha bugs out if she is still in combat while the event is triggered. Therefore it is important to get rid of all aggro before you proceed into the middle of the traps.
