Difficulty level changed?
sometimes people just have bad nights
Just did ACp1 before today’s reset. No noticeable difference. Except the area near the NPC for selecting the path seems to have been changed.
Nothing has changed. You either had a bad team, or were bad yourself, or both.

I’d say they slightly boosted mob damage since ascended weapons were introduced….
Not sure but i’d bet so…
And wouln t surprise me….when you introduce weapon +1 you have to put the mob +1 ….progression FTW
A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.

True true.
Was wierd though, because heard a lot of people saying that things in dungeons were more difficult than usual!
It would make sense if they did improve monster strength to adjust for the existence of ascended weapons…
… but it wouldn’t make sense for them to do it right after the update, when only a very small percentage of players have access to such weapons.
Nothing changed, either you’re bad, or your team is bad.

I’m pretty sure we get a thread like this every odd week, and every time it is made soon after the WvW reset.
I’ll let people think about why.

That doesn’t actually make sense. If they boosted mob defense since ascended weapons were introduced then it would have made more sense.
