No, you need 150AR to take 1% damage per tick on scale 100.

hmmm this chart says 145 for 1% damage that’s why im confused

Wiki isn’t very reliable source.

The real formula is -33% + scale * 2.136%

One AR reduces damage by 1.2%-units.
