I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a group just to do one run of the storymode version of Honor of the Waves so I could unlock the pvp track for it. And so far no luck. I gave up asking in map chat after being laughed out of it for asking for help.

I am sure some people do … the LFG tool is probably better than map chat since that is cross instance and map. It gives less reward and requires more effort than most of the explorable paths so it’s not really surprising that it is unpopular.

Create an add on the LFG tool and you should have a group within minutes. Story mode groups fill surprisingly fast.

It’s required to unlock a trait. I am certain that at least some of the newer players or alts would join a group if you advertised it in the LFG tool. Map chat is rarely the place people go to for HoTW group.

Use the LFG tool. Find a group in 5 minutes or less.

I’ve advertised my party on LFG for days and still no luck. I’ll keep trying until I get a run though.
