Fractal level 8 and never got one. It drops right?

It does, yea, you should hope for fractals with more NPCs in them, I generally get them either on the Ascalon fractal, Aetherblade or the Molten Facility.

It’s random, and not getting one yet is perfectly normal.

I think I dropped one in my first 7 fractal levels on this account, then three more in the next two fractal tours, so I’ve got a total of four now that I’ve reached fractal level 10.

I do remember going long strechtes without mist essence drops on my other account, too, then dropping three from four consecutive kills in a space of seconds (clown car dredge in the old dredge fractal).

yeah they don’t drop too often, but I wouldn’t worry about it.

By the time you need the vials you’ll be running fractals that drop shards instead, which can be downgraded into 9 vials (or 3 globs).

just play thru them normally. since you can downgrade higher drops for lower ones it really doesn’t matter which one you get as long as you get one. hope for fractals with more mobs.
