While I see your point, I find this to be utterly ironic and kind of embarrassing.

Bombs weren’t exactly hard to begin with, just be glad clown cart is nerfed and ask for challenging content in some other topic.

The bomb was never difficult.
Was only frustrating without TS due to long time needed to coordinate via chat.

Yet was extremely easy once you lost 15 minutes to explani -.-

Sanderinoa they just overnerv stuff instead of finding real balance.
While I appreciate the removal of the clown car or the fix of the camera on the grawl shaman encounter,…having such visible effects on rabsovich and such an easy and stupidious way to deal with the bomb path is just too much. I feel bad bc if i want to do fractals lvl 1 I go there.

Am I right in thinking that Rabsovich used to turn towards you as you tried to move away from his big attack, but now he stays on the orange/red line? That would explain why he’s so much simpler.

Yes I agree that it is too simple now. Great to see some new ideas here, great to have the bulk of the fractal cut down, but too easy now. Give Rabsovich some of his troops back. Entirely remove the mobs between Rabsovich and the end boss as they are no use for anything.

I thinks anet should turn the character of everyone complaining the fractal is too easy into a dredge with the title “Rabsovich witness”.

Took 18 months of pain and suffering….while it was constantly ruined patch after patch.

Everyone complains about dredge for over a year, ANet fix it to (time-wise) be in line with other fractals, and people … complain.

It was not overnerfed… They are all easy and so was dredge BEFORE the nerf, now it’s easy and doesn’t take forever to complete.

Let’s not forget how cheesy the tactic for bomb actually was, Stealth, put down 5 bombs, portal back, then suicide rush the last 2 bombs.

Annoying content =/= challenging content, if you didn’t catch on.

The dredge bomb was never difficult provided you have a thief in the party that knows what he is doing. Since I main thief in FoTM I was able to explain to PUGs my tactics and we were able to complete the bomb phase in 3runs.(5 at a time) and and me soloing the last 2. Thief for dredge is like Guardian for most bosses in fotm, its a must have if you want smooth run.

Even without a thief, a guardian with sanctuary can help the group with the suicidal bombing, then rinse and repeat.

I don’t even think you need to wait for the bombs to explode now. You just run ahead with like 30s of stealth and place them in a pipe.

It might not have been a challenge before but now It’s just a joke.

I feel stupid placing 9 bombes in a pipe after receiving some endless stealth without any resistance. If there would be at least some interesting mechanic which actually would require some coordination but like this I’m sorry boyz and girlz.

Dredge fractal has always been easy. The issue was that it used to be overwhelmingly annoying.
Now it’s just easy.

I think people just want to see Dredge disappear from the list honestly. I honestly would prefer Dredge being super easy the way it is right now than giving Anet the idea of tinkering with it given their track record with the Dredge fractal.

Dredge is fine the way it is. The puzzle mechanics are still present, and the final bosses which I always enjoyed fighting haven’t been touched.

And for the record, I think the new dredge fractal has just the right amount of nerve.

While the fix is great we got non-combat puzzles to replace them.

Cliffside, my favorite fractal. I kind of like the puzzle without fight but maybe it’s only because I like not having to fight dredge. But I’m the kind of guy who want jumping puzzle in dungeons XD.

Is Cliffside the most time consuming one now? And not a single champ bag whatsoever.

Let’s get one thing straight. Dredge was never hard content. It was boring. Dredge was boring b/c it was tediously long. It is still boring b/c the puzzles are boring. This alternative is 1000% better, so I’m not complaining, but I don’t necessarily think its fun.
