I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I couldn’t really found a better board for this so feel free to move it in case it’s missplaced…

I have a question… In the Gem Store it’s possible to buy armor skins (krytan and others) and I was wondering if ever we’ll be able to buy the dungeon armor purely as a skin, rather than having to go through the trouble of farming multiple dungeons over and over again to have the stats of, for example, Citadel of Flame for the beserker stats and Twilight Arbor for the looks and having to having to buy gems (or having saved up enough transmutation stones) to transfer the stats of CoF Armor to the skin of TA armor…
Another example is Arah… great looking armor, but almost no groups can be found to actually run the kitten dungeon enough to get the needed tokens…
As far as I can tell one could aproach a possible solution by either selling the skins (no stats) on the gemstore, or make the skins available with tokens, but less than the actual armor with stats… Or you could just leave everything as is… But I’ve noticed that certain dungeons don’t get run because there are other dungeons that give same stated armor and weapons that aren’t as hard, or shorter to complete and so these dungeons get left out.
So you could make them buyable (through gems or less tokens for skin) or leave the system as is, either way is fine by me, although I prefer the former option… I’ve been playing GW2 since the Beta’s and I still love this game, but I think it might be an interesting feature to add, and I’m sure a lot of players won’t mind paying some real cash to get that wanted look without having to continously farming different dungeons to get that desire filled, I know I would

CJ mentioned a wardrobe in an interview on MattVisual’s channel. He wasn’t specific about it just said that it’s something they’re aware of if I remember correctly

It seems they are aware of a lot of things.
It also seem like they are working on a lot of things.

Give me twenty minutes and ill find you a group for at least 2 paths of any of the dungeons on gw2lfg. I don’t know where you got this impression, but it’s simply false.

Dungeon armor is a dungeon reward, not a themed skin. It’s one of the few things left in the game you have to actually do content to get. This is like asking if you could buy the fractal capacitor skin – obviously not, it’s there to represent the work put in to doing fractals. The dungeons are not the same level of work, but it’s the same idea.

No stat combination is dungeon exclusive, the only thing you “need” to farm for is the skins.

Dungeons are obsolete, we’re getting revamped Tequatl in 10 days.

Awesome. I get to fight side by side with my cleric’s and pvt geared comrades to fight an upscaled HP sponge for epic lootz. We can all stand around bleary eyed after and wonder why it took so long to kill

You can’t crit him anyway, pvt is all new rage.

I wish world bosses were instanced, I’d like to see organized guild groups take them on like raid content. Imagine how fast things would go down when people are actually pulling their weight versus the scaling. 4 groups of 5 stacking might, eles all dropping FGS…it would be pretty fun and over in a fraction of the time they are now with all of the PHYWP’ers.

I have 3 sets of arah with weapons. People don’t do arah?! Wtf seriously?! LOL
