If you know people have been confused about the rules then why are we having this discussion?

FWIW, I, and presumably you, could have easily answered all the questions for them based on the rules as they existed as a permissive ruleset but I didn’t feel it was appropriate since I wasn’t a rules admin or record approver. So I just sent them along.

Yes, I could have easily answered all the questions. Making decisions isn’t hard. But sooner or later, you or someone would have started a kittenstorm of me either interpreting rules wrong or making decisions on my own.

Based on current situation, which is basically about me wasting 10-15 minutes of your time 2 months ago, I doubt we would have survived that storm.

About the meeting, unfortunately something came up and it’s highly unlikely that I will manage to get on the meeting.

I would still like to voice my concerns about the meeting agenda. People seem to have different opinions about what to discuss on the meeting and just going there to discuss “something” or “whatever people want” won’t get anything done. The meeting has a very limited time which gets easily wasted on off-topic discussions or issues dragging out, unless there is a clear agenda/timetable.
