So I have completed all three paths in Twilight Arbor but it is saying 3 of 4. Do I now need to complete the Aetherblade path to acquire this achievement?

There’s always the initiative path. Read a guide or two, watch a video on how to do the path, and then gather your own team of dedicated newbs to trudge through the content.

It is a painful slog, but it works.
