I see so many players asking for story mode and not being able to get a group ….

How about these ideas

Story mode repeatable @ the set levels with a guaranteed rare level drop + tokens for finishing them

All explorable modes made just for level 80,s only with also a guaranteed Exotic drop after completing a path + tokens

This would make lots of people run story modes and explorables

Em, leave explorable for optional levels (as it is now). Anyway, anet is reworking dungeons so we might see some love for them in near (soon…) future.
