I have not done all the different stories for the dungeons in order to open them up. I was wondering if I have to do the story for each or my characters or if I just do the story on one character and it applies for the others?

You have to do it for each character.

Alternatively, you can make someone else in the party who has story open it and you’ll get the pop up to join.
