I need some dungeon buddies for these two dungeons (and more once I get there) and it’d be amazing somebody could help me get a group together. I’m still fairly new, my main being a level 40 Sylvari Ranger. I’d love it if I could get a group together.

You could always join a guild – most bigger guilds go on daily dungeon runs and they’re less likely to care what level you are.
