Dungeon difficulty
The only solution is not really a solution as it breaks their plan.
The solution would be to have T2 or T3 dungeons that are much much harder, but then people would expect better gear from them and the plan is all oranges are max gear.

I don’t care about gear.
I enjoy doing dungeons.
Give some type of other reward.
I just don’t want them making any aspect of the dungeons easier when they are already easy.
The problem with the difficulty is that everyone that has trouble with these dungeons are trying to play it like a trinity when there is no trinity in this game.

Nah the problem is people are trying to go in there with all greens and 4 people they don’t know and wondering why they are dieing. But yes with the exception of AC and CoE I would like to see them all made harder.
You are also correct, there are a multitude of different problems they are having that have nothing to do with the difficulty of the dungeon.
Arenanet has a good design set up for combat inside of a dungeon but most of the dungeons aren’t executed correctly for difficulty save for a few.
It would be a shame to see them become easier instead of harder.
Personally, I feel that the trash is at a fairly good difficulty. Bosses, however, could use a a little change to make them more interesting to fight. Some fights just drag on due to high hp pools and doesn’t necessarily make them more difficult.
All I want is there to be a little more incentive to running the dungeons, such as an increased amount of tokens. While the dungeons are fun, they can become tedious after a running for so long.
Well you can say what you want about difficulty and I agree in their current form dungeons are hard, but, for instance in Twilight Arbor the first few sets of trash mobs get skipped by every group just running by them. People don’t wanna do it, even though those trash mobs would prove somewhat difficult to defeat.
My impression of dungeons at the moment is people are just looking for ways to get marks as easy and fast as they can even if they exploit or skip content making it more difficult in some ways. In fact I was in a Twilight Arbor group recently and after dying after the first boss but before the second I wasn’t able to run past all those early trash mobs to get back to the group and kept dying to them, and was also being ridiculed by other party members for it, THIS makes me not want to run these dungeons at all.
Its not that the dungeons are overly hard, because they really aren’t, but MOST people just want to take the path of least resistance for some reason in this game.

This is why I don’t understand developers listening to whiners, a lot are these same people skipping an amazing dungeon such as Twilight Arbor. and they are wasting the dungeon designers time that they put into making that dungeon.
Token increase doesn’t bug me, its the frequent requests for making dungeons easier along with the token increase that does.
If they give in to one demand eventually they will cave to another.
