Is the reset for the additional 40 tokens at the same time as the daily achievement reset?
If it’s not, when is it?

I just did AC Path 3 and got 20 tokens only, then remembered the daily achievement reseted before I finish AC Path 3 yesterday.

It resets at the same time as the daily achievements. My dungeon group started to form at 5PM PST once we discovered this.
